What Are Die Cut Silicone Materials?
Flexible silicone materials can be converted through silicone die cutting to provide sealing, insulation, cushioning, thermal management, and other functional properties.
Silicone material is functional composite materials based on silicone rubber. Core characteristics include:
Multi-functionality:
By modification, they can provide thermal conduction, sealing, insulation, damping, and other functions to fit diverse scenarios.
Excellent weatherability:
Wide operating temperature range; anti-aging and corrosion-resistant with no performance decay over long-term use.
Safe & eco-friendly:
Free of heavy metals and volatile hazardous substances; compliant with RoHS/REACH. Some products meet food-contact and medical-grade certifications.
Highly elastic & easy to process:
High rebound; supports custom odd shapes, curved surfaces, and micro-sizes, adapting to complex device structures.
Xinyusheng classifies silicone materials precisely by function to meet core needs across industries.

Die Cut Silicone FAQs
Can silicone materials deliver both thermal conduction and sealing? Will they age over time?
Absolutely. Our composite silicone materials can integrate thermal and sealing functions. With a temperature range of –40°C to 180°C, they pass aging tests with no cracking or performance decay; typical service life is ≥5 years under normal conditions.
Will silicone materials cause bleed or contamination on precision electronics?
No. We use low-bleed, high-cleanliness formulas. Thermal pads and greases leave no bleed or residue after application, making them ideal for precision electronics and optical devices. Cleanliness test reports are available.
Do you support custom hardness and performance parameters? What’s the sampling timeline?
Yes. Hardness, thermal conductivity, insulation resistance, rebound rate, and other parameters are customizable. We support micro to large parts and odd/curved geometries. Free samples in 1–3 days, with selection guidance provided within 1 business day.
Do the products meet environmental and medical standards? Can you provide reports?
Yes. All silicone materials comply with RoHS/REACH (no heavy metals or VOCs). Medical-grade products meet ISO 13485; automotive-grade products meet IATF 16949. We can supply comprehensive third-party reports covering thermal conductivity, insulation performance, environmental compliance, and flame retardancy to meet certification needs across industries.
