FAQs
What is precision die cutting?
Precision die cutting is a manufacturing process that converts flexible materials into custom die cut components with controlled dimensions, shapes and tolerances for sealing, bonding, cushioning, insulation, thermal management and EMI shielding.
What aperture range can be customized? How about filtration accuracy?
0.05–1.0 mm apertures with ≥95% filtration efficiency. Filtration-efficiency test reports are available; third-party re-testing supported.
What blocking level can you achieve? Will there be any light bleed?
≥99% light-blocking. With precision die-cutting and composite material stacks, we eliminate light bleed. Samples make results immediately visible.
What information should I provide during pre-sales consultation to receive an accurate solution?
It is recommended to provide product drawings (or dimensions, precision requirements), application scenarios (industry/environment), functional requirements (e.g., waterproof/conductive), and order quantity. Based on this information, we will quickly provide a customized solution and quotation.
What temperatures can the products withstand? What is the flame rating?
Continuous up to 160 °C, short-term up to 200 °C. UL 94 V-0 flame rating—meeting stringent standards for automotive electronics and energy-storage gear. Third-party flame tests available.
