Nylon is flexible, light, and cost-effective with ≥120°C heat resistance—ideal for consumer electronics and medical devices. Our engineers recommend the optimal option based on temperature, environment, and functional needs.
Do you support irregular and micro-size customization? What is the precision?
Yes. We support irregular and curved geometries. Min. diameter 0.5 mm; max. size 1.8 × 1.2 m; machining accuracy ±0.03 mm. Edges are die-cut and sealed—no burrs, no fraying—for reliable assembly. We can build directly to your drawings.
